The effect of Prayagraj Mahakumbh is on Ramnagari Ayodhya and Kashi also. In Ayodhya, in just 30 hours, more than 25 lakh devotees visited Ramdarbar. Ayodhya faces crowd gathering 30 times more than the population.
To handle the situation , Ayodhya DM Chandra Vijay Singh announced that all the schools of Ayodhya Dham, Ayodhya Nagar Nigam and whole Nagar Nigam will remain close from 28th January to 5th February till 12th class.
At about 12:00 pm, a woman fell in mandir campus, the police took her to the hospital, but in the hospital she died, according to the police, the woman died due to a heart attack. It is also possible to mass gathering the woman died due to to Heart attack. Name was identified as Vimla(60), resident in Sonipat, Haryana, other side at new ghat , the unknown death of a man was heard.
Traffic has been stopped by putting barricades near Barabanki on Faizabad Lucknow Highway. 20-30 vehicles have been sent towards Ayodhya once. All the vehicles coming from Gorakhpur towards Ayodhya have been diverted. Only ambulance and emergency services are allowed . The vehicle is not allowed to go towards Ayodhya.
To control the crowd, IG Commissioner District Magistrate, SP City are at Ground Zero, IG Pravin Kumar said that diversion has been done to take care of the crowd going to Ram Mandir and Hanumangadi. As per the condition of the temple, Shraddhalu darshan is being organized in sysmetic way. Traffic are diverted towards purvanchal express Way.
Ayodhya's DM Chandra Vijay Singh said that Paramilitary forces had to be called to handle the huge crowd and the security forces were in charge of the campus.On Mony Avashya there is a possibility of more Shradhaluns coming. People were sent in small groups to the entry point of Ayodhya.
